News & Information:

  • AZ Supreme Court Overturns 2012 law passed by AZ legislature banning MMJ cardholders from using and possessing MJ on campus.
  • Pres. Trump says there is possible support for bipartisan marijuana legislation.
  • Gov. Ducey approves industrial hemp farming pilot program
  • AZ Border Patrol Agent paid $40 for each pound of marijuana he helped smuggle into the US, 600lbs total. He also provided smugglers with “means of law-enforcement interdiction practices and assistance in thwarting them prior to the effort” 7.5 yr sentence
  • MMJ opponents in Utah have filed suit against an effort to place that on the ballot, they hope to prevent its filing. The Mormon Church, Utah Chiefs of Police and The Utah Medical Association is against the effort.
